1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Alora platform (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. Alora reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and any changes will be posted here. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

To create an Alora account, you must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirement in your country/region. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information during registration.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of Alora, you need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
  • Notify Alora immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Alora is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Alora, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Provide accurate, truthful, and current information on your profile.
  • Respect other users, their rights, and privacy.
  • Engage in positive, non-abusive, and non-discriminatory behavior.
  • Refrain from transmitting any content that is harmful, defamatory, illegal, or infringing upon others' intellectual property rights.
  • Report any inappropriate content, abusive behavior, or suspected violations.

You agree not to:

  • Engage in harassment, threats, or any form of discriminatory behavior.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely claim affiliation.
  • Distribute harmful content, including viruses, malware, or any malicious software.
  • Engage in spamming, phishing, or other disruptive activities.
  • Access or attempt to access other users' accounts without authorization.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing

By subscribing to Alora Premium, you unlock exclusive features. Please review the following details before completing your purchase:

๐Ÿ’ณ Payment Information: Payment will be charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.

๐Ÿ”„ Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

โš™๏ธ Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Google Play account settings.

โŒ Cancellations: If you cancel, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep premium access until then.

โณ Grace Period: Your subscription includes a 0-day grace period. If renewal payment fails, premium features are immediately suspended.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Account Hold Period: If payment fails, your account will be placed on hold for 30 days. Basic features remain available, but premium features are locked.

โŒ› Subscription Expiration: After expiration, premium features become inaccessible, but basic app features remain usable.

๐Ÿ” Privacy & Data: Subscription payments are processed through Google Play. Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of content you post, share, or upload to Alora. However, by submitting content, you grant Alora a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise exploit the content for operating, improving, and marketing the Service.

Alora reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or harmful.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may review, update, or delete your personal information via your account settings at any time.

7. Service Availability

Alora strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, we cannot guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. The Service may experience temporary downtime for maintenance, updates, or other unforeseen issues. We are not responsible for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from the unavailability of the Service. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

8. Account Termination

Alora reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or illegal activities. Upon termination, you may lose access to your account, content, and other services. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, follow the instructions in the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers, subject to legal retention periods.

9. Limitation of Liability

Alora provides the Service "as is" and makes no warranties regarding reliability, availability, or suitability for your needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alora, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service. This includes any loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if Alora has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alora, its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Service Modifications

Alora reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We may introduce new features, remove existing ones, or change how the Service is provided. We will notify users of significant changes, but we do not guarantee prior notice for minor updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HK).

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be deemed amended to reflect the intent as closely as possible, and the rest of the Terms remain valid.
